End of Support for b4 Controller on Windows Server 2008 with Release of b4 V7.1


As announced back in 2016, we will end to support b4 Controllers running on Windows Server 2008 due to improvements inside internal engines which exceed this operating system.

Customers using Windows Server 2008 will not be able to upgrade to b4 V7.1 after its release in Q2/2018 and will need to upgrade their operating system or migrate the b4 environment to supported one.

With b4 V7.1, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows Server 2016 become supported operating systems for b4 Controller installation.
