Scheduled Reports — Now Executable via Rules

Scheduled reports just became more flexible

Reports created in the Report Designer and previously tied to fixed execution times can now be triggered dynamically through the Graphical Rule Editor.

These reports are now treated as full b4 Objects, meaning they can be referenced and controlled just like any other object within your rule logic. Bots can generate reports immediately after completing critical tasks — no need to wait for the next scheduled run.

This enhancement is also reflected in the Object Manager, where scheduled reports are now listed alongside other b4 Objects and offer full method access.
